It was too long and my credit score was 689 and you did hard hit on my credit 5 times You must have have pulled my credit with Equifax because my score was 606 and still is. I don't know where you pull my credit score but this was ridiculous ??

The entire process took far too long just to get the keys in hand. Looking back, I should have never purchased from them. Nice at the start, but extremely condescending toward the end.
When I had brake issues (6 months and only 1,000 miles later), I ended up taking the vehicle somewhere else because I couldn't get the help I needed. Jeff and the customer service from both him and the service department was horrible.

Dishonest and disengaged He always seems like he doesn't want to be disturbed, and he consistently provides me with inaccurate details about my car. He will say anything to make me leave him alone. For the last two visits when I arrived he ignored my presence until I asked him if he could assist me. He proceeds to tell me that you all were busy and asked could I return tomorrow afternoon. I told him I had just called and was told to come in. My vehicle was serviced probably less than an hour. He's dishonest.
