I noticed a rumbling coming from the front of my Murano. Made an appointment. And was seen right away. The diagnosis was bad. Transmission. I cannot afford to have Darrow do the work, so I shopped for a trans shop. I guess being seen without too much waiting was the good part. Pricing was bad. Coffee area needs a little more care. I took damp napkins and wiped the stains from the counter. The handle on the cooler was very loose. I understand that a caretaker may be out of budget.

I had my car towed here from the dealership I purchased it at, as they said they didn't have the tools to do a deeper diagnosis of what was draining my battery. I called at about 8:30 on a Friday morning and spoke with Erin in service. She assured me that if it was towed in that day, they can try to fit in the diagnosis between other jobs, but the earliest they would have for an appointment would be the following Tuesday. No complaints on that! They are a busy shop, and I fully understand from working in dealerships multiple times before. It was towed in around 12 the same day, and Erin continued to keep me updated throughout the process. She called at 4:30 on Friday to let me know that they may have found the issue within just a few hours, AND the work was done! However, they did need to put the harness back together and test the vehicle to ensure that the problem was fixed, so Tuesday would be the earliest my car would be ready. I inquired about a rental, as I needed a vehicle, and she comped 2 days of the charge since the tech was off on Monday, and in her words, that wasn't my fault. I nearly CRIED as the prior dealership didn't have any rentals available and had my car for 4 days, so I paid $250 out of pocket for a rental for 2 days before being towed to Russ Darrow. I was only charged $100 for 4 days of having a rental (which was the highest trim of a 2026 Kicks; small, but super luxury!) They even were able to add an oil change, as one was going to be needed soon... Erin gave me a discount on that, too! Come Tuesday morning, I received a text with a link to a video showing that the work they did fixed my car; this was really cool as I've never had that before. Erin called a few hours later, once the technician confirmed the problem was resolved, and I picked my car up that night. All in all, they've garnered a customer for as long as I have a Nissan. If I decide to buy a Nissan for my next vehicle, I will only be looking here. Plus, they do emissions testing, not many dealerships do this anymore as it doesn't generate any money.

My sales consultant Bridgette Hill was very helpful. She took me on a longer drive so i could test the vehicle on different terrain. She was punctual when i came back later to purchase the vehicle. Very very helpful consultant! I strongly recommend her. Financial department representative was also flexible during our negotiations.
