I want to take a minute and share my 5 plus star experience with Nissan . My name is Melissa Perez-Hicks and I have a 2017 Nissan Rogue and a week ago I was picking up my granddaughter from school and my car stalled I called the dealership I purchased from because i have a warranty. sad to say they were booked 3 weeks out . I am an active grandmother who helps picking up grandkids every day from school. when I was told it would be weeks until my car was looked at I thought what am I going to ?? that dealership did me a favor and called Nissan Metro and spoke with Erin the service advisor she called me right away . I was able to get a tow to Nissan and the next morning at 7 am I received a welcome text from Erin and letting me know she will be my advisor .. 7:30 I received another text saying my car is next to be looked at . 8:15 I received a video telling me what was wrong .8:30 I received a text saying she calling my warranty company to see if its covered 8:40 I received a text GREAT NEWS MELISSA !!! your issue is covered and you have a deductible of $50.00 and we have the parts in can we proceed .. YES please do.. 1pm received a text your car is done .. she asked if I need a shuttle or an uber to pick up my car? i replied yes i do , she sent me the Link and at 6pm i had a ride to get my car. I went to pay my deductible and I was greeted by a very nice young lady named Carrie she was soo polite and professional , I could not believe this type of STELLAR service i had received from beginning to end . all my worries were gone and I was back on the road to pick up my grandkids the next day :) Thank you Nissan for your TOP TIER service, and thank you to your great employees that truly care and represent your company well :) I have shared this with my own dealership I work for :) haha :) thank you again I highly recommend Erin and Russ Darrow Nissan of Metro Milwaukee. :) TOP TIER SERVICE
