I absolutely love the deal on the Honda Clarity I got
I absolutely love the deal on the Honda Clarity I got from this dealership. I am thrilled about this car. Kevin and Jimmy (sales manager) are both very nice people. When it came time to start talking numbers for the car, Jimmy slipped in a $500 security etching fee, as well as a $500 service fee to sell the car. If you choose to buy a car from this dealership, make sure you don't let them tack on the security etching fee, that is absolutely unnecessary. Jimmy was quite pushy about me signing a deal on the car so that I could take it home later that day. This used plug in hybrid comes with a $4,000 tax credit, which I was aware of going into purchasing the car. When I asked Jimmy (sales manager) about the tax credit, they told me there was absolutely no credit for the car. Jimmy talked to his boss, as well as the financial head of the dealer. Both people told me I was wrong about the tax credit. I had to escalate it another level to the Russ Darrow corporate office in order for them to finally acknowledge the $4,000 tax credit I could get for the car. I spent ~3 hours at the dealership going back and forth about the tax credit. During Jimmy's pitch for buying the car, he told me that the car came with a select certified warranty, which includes a longer powertrain warranty and a shorter bumper to bumper warranty. Obviously I loved to hear that, and it made me more inclined to buy the car, knowing I would be protected for near future. When it got to the time where I was paying for the car, the financial head told me that the car was not certified at all, and that it came with no warranty. It's hard to say if Jimmy mistook my car being certified, or if he was lying about it being certified to try to get me to buy it. Thankfully, Jimmy recognized his error and had the car select certified for me the next day. The next day, after the car had gone through the select certified inspection process, I came in t purchase the car. The financial head told me that the select certified warranty only includes a 6 month, 6000 mile warranty on the powertrain (much shorter than the 30,000 mile warranty Jimmy had pitched me). There is also no limited bumper to bumper warranty at all. I was tired of the 7+ hours I had already spent at the dealership trying to buy this car, so I went forward without throwing a fit about it. It is still very disappointing that Jimmy was pitching a long powertrain warranty and limited bumper to bumper warranty on this car that never even existed. At the end of the day, I am very happy with the car I purchased. Going through my troubles with the tax credit and select certified warranty was very annoying though. I had to spend way more time at the dealership than what should have been necessary to buy the car. If you choose to buy from this dealership, do not let them sell you their $500 security etch fee, and be aware of their absurd $500 service fee.

They did not resent the oil change counter, and if you change the oil, I don’t see how you didn’t notice that so today4/1/25 one I gotta go find somebody to do it. I was not given truthful information, the charge of $195.
I was not given truthful information, the charge of $195.00 was a ripoff, all I wanted to know was how much it would cost to replace the oxigen sensor that I knew would have to be replaced and all he had to was tell me he could replace it, so I will never go there again and make sure all of my customers and others to not trust Rust Darrow Nisson.

You have service all 4 of my vehicles: 93 Maxima 2001 Maxima 2014 Maxima And now my 2014 pathfinder Paul has been great., as well as his staff. I bet he is a great guy to work for. Nice environment. Team was friendly and informative. One small issue. Adam recommended another vehicle to us different from the one we came to look at. When he offered it to us he quickly said “same price”. He knew our main concern was payment, but we took “same price” to be the vehicle he was offering us was the same price as the vehicle we came to look at. He did get the payment where we wanted it but failed to disclose that the vehicle he was offering us was $6000 more than the original. Yes, it was partially our fault for not asking, but we felt a little bait and switch happened. We did wind up purchasing the second vehicle, but we felt he could have been more forthcoming about the price. Like saying, “Now this car is $14,000 as compared to the $8000 car we were looking at, but he quickly glossed over the actual price and focused in on the payment. Again, we should have asked right away, but it would have been more upright for Adam to have been forthcoming with the price. Altogether it was a decent experience, but we felt like the whole matter was rushed once he had our interest in the second vehicle. Had we known we were buying a $14,000 car we might have asked what else he could offer us, but it felt like he pushed this second vehicle on us once he had our interest via the payment.

I had a 2:30 appointment for an oil change and emissions
I had a 2:30 appointment for an oil change and emissions test. My car was done at 4:05pm, but they told me they could no longer do the emissions tests since it was after 4pm. Having had an appointment and being there for *an hour and a half* for two generally pretty quick services, I couldn't believe that the emissions test wasn't done. If I have an appointment set ahead of time, I would expect you would be able to start my service at or shortly after that time. I scheduled the appointment instead of just coming as a walk-in for this reason. The last few times I've come for service, it has taken much longer than expected.

Shaun is ALWAYS great to work with! This is the 2nd time I've been in for weird things going wrong with my car after recently.purchssing it in Aug, brand new off the lot. This time I had it in for an oil change, a loud rattle from the moon roof while driving, and an emergency light blinking. Ended up needing a part over night. They ended up having my car 2 nights, while I got a loaner. It all ended up being fine and Shaun was very helpful and informative. However after not having my car for 2 days, even though they said the moon roof was fixed it is not. It began to rattle immediately after I took it home. It's a brand new car, and it's a very annoying, loud rattle. Also after saying twice that yes I'd like a car wash, that didn't happen either. Plus, I still have something on my car ring that looks like something they use in the shop to keep track of the keys? Just seems some things were forgotten or mismanaged after having my car for 2 days. Sorry so long. I'll need to come back to have them hear the noise.

Excellent sales and finance staff. The Honda Pilot I bought was advertised at $8400 the day I found it on the web site. When I got to the dealership it had dropped to $7900, so that's what they charged me (great!). However, the Milwaukee Russ Darrow dealers have a policy of including a $499 insurance policy against auto theft (a Milwaukee area problem, but I live in West Bend). So, I still had to pay the $8400.

This used plug in hybrid comes with a $4,000 tax credit, which I was aware of going into purchasing the car. When I asked Jimmy (sales manager) about the tax credit, they told me there was absolutely no credit for the car. Jimmy talked to his boss, as well as the financial head of the dealer. Both people told me I was wrong about the tax credit. I had to escalate it another level to the Russ Darrow corporate office in order for them to finally acknowledge the $4,000 tax credit I could get for the car. I spent ~3 hours at the dealership going back and forth about the tax credit. During Jimmy's pitch for buying the car, he told me that the car came with a select certified warranty, which includes a longer powertrain warranty and a shorter bumper to bumper warranty. Obviously I loved to hear that, and it made me more inclined to buy the car, knowing I would be protected for near future. When it got to the time where I was paying for the car, the financial head told me that the car was not certified at all, and that it came with no warranty. It's hard to say if Jimmy mistook my car being certified, or if he was lying about it being certified to try to get me to buy it. Thankfully, Jimmy recognized his error and had the car select certified for me the next day. The next day, after the car had gone through the select certified inspection process, I came in t purchase the car. The financial head told me that the select certified warranty only includes a 6 month, 6000 mile warranty on the powertrain (much shorter than the 30,000 mile warranty Jimmy had pitched me). There is also no limited bumper to bumper warranty at all. I was tired of the 7+ hours I had already spent at the dealership trying to buy this car, so I went forward without throwing a fit about it. It is still very disappointing that Jimmy was pitching a long powertrain warranty and limited bumper to bumper warranty on this car that never even existed. At the end of the day, I am very happy with the car I purchased. Going through my troubles with the tax credit and select certified warranty was very annoying though. I had to spend way more time at the dealership than what should have been necessary to buy the car. If you choose to buy from this dealership, do not let them sell you their $500 security etch fee, and be aware of their absurd $500 service fee.

I absolutely love the deal on the Honda Clarity I got from this dealership. I am thrilled about this car. Kevin and Jimmy (sales manager) are both very nice people. When it came time to start talking numbers for the car, Jimmy slipped in a $500 security etching fee, as well as a $500 service fee to sell the car. If you choose to buy a car from this dealership, make sure you don't let them tack on the security etching fee, that is absolutely unnecessary. Jimmy was quite pushy about me signing a deal on the car so that I could take it home later that day. Nice environment.
Nice environment. Team was friendly and informative. One small issue. Adam recommended another vehicle to us different from the one we came to look at. When he offered it to us he quickly said “same price”. He knew our main concern was payment, but we took “same price” to be the vehicle he was offering us was the same price as the vehicle we came to look at. He did get the payment where we wanted it but failed to disclose that the vehicle he was offering us was $6000 more than the original. Yes, it was partially our fault for not asking, but we felt a little bait and switch happened. We did wind up purchasing the second vehicle, but we felt he could have been more forthcoming about the price. Like saying, “Now this car is $14,000 as compared to the $8000 car we were looking at, but he quickly glossed over the actual price and focused in on the payment. Again, we should have asked right away, but it would have been more upright for Adam to have been forthcoming with the price. Altogether it was a decent experience, but we felt like the whole matter was rushed once he had our interest in the second vehicle. Had we known we were buying a $14,000 car we might have asked what else he could offer us, but it felt like he pushed this second vehicle on us once he had our interest via the payment.

They made me pay full price for Xzilon when they told me
They made me pay full price for Xzilon when they told me I would get buy one get one free. Then they never applied it to my car, and when I reached out to see when they would put it on, they asked when I could. And when I said I didn’t want it anymore and wanted it taken off my monthly bills, they tried telling me it was actually already on there. They are liars. And Zay got rude and snippy with me, very unprofessional.
