Erin addressed my concern with the Service dept. I am still concerned about the issue with my front brakes that she said were still under warranty. I was told that it is normal wear and tear, but I don't feel that it is.

Joe helped me get my vehicle inspected and the oil changed quickly despite my not having an appointment made prior to the day of service.

Everyone was friendly and greeted me in the morning. Shawn my advisor did a great job advising me on the additional needs for my car as the mileage recommendations indicated. He also explained why getting back brakes would be a good idea. There was no pressure, and he was helpful with securing a rental for me to borrow. Paid for a brake inspection and still didn’t know what was wrong with my brakes. I specifically reported that the vehicle wasn’t retaining brake fluid. Turns out there was a brake fluid leak. I expected a diagnosis, not a bill and more questions.

It was too long and my credit score was 689 and you did hard hit on my credit 5 times You must have have pulled my credit with Equifax because my score was 606 and still is. I don't know where you pull my credit score but this was ridiculous ??

The entire process took far too long just to get the keys in hand. Looking back, I should have never purchased from them. Nice at the start, but extremely condescending toward the end.
When I had brake issues (6 months and only 1,000 miles later), I ended up taking the vehicle somewhere else because I couldn't get the help I needed. Jeff and the customer service from both him and the service department was horrible.
