They made me pay full price for Xzilon when they told me I would get buy one get one free. Then they never applied it to my car, and when I reached out to see when they would put it on, they asked when I could. And when I said I didn’t want it anymore and wanted it taken off my monthly bills, they tried telling me it was actually already on there. They are liars. And Zay got rude and snippy with me, very unprofessional.

What a difference from Russ Darrow Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep! Their Nissan service department was knowledgeable, organized, and friendly. Highly recommend them for Nissan service. Service at the Russ Darrow Chrysler, Dodge, & Jeep was largely terrible, the salesman notwithstanding. If I lived closer to Darrow Nissan, I would use them for everything. Best experience I've had at a dealership. The gentleman who helped me was named Cyrus Farabakhsh (service dept) who was extremely helpful and made my day. That man needs a raise if he already doesn't have one, very well deserved. You don't find many employees like that and should keep him around as long as you can.

Two issues. First, even though we asked them to air up all tires because one was low due to the cold weather, all they did was rotate the tires and didn’t add air so the tire light is still on. Second, they didn’t wash our car at all. It was 30 degrees, so maybe too cold for a full wash, but I was surprised they didn’t wipe off our mirrors or the cameras. I had an outstanding experience at the Russ Darrow Milwaukee Nissan dealership, specifically within the service department, with a young gentleman named Cyrus Farahbaksh. I usually dread going to service departments, as my last experience at a different dealership was disappointing—the energy and vibe were low, and no one seemed happy to help.
